Subject: Alt+Enter - does it still bring up properties?

If a document is selected, in releases previous to R8.5.3 I could hold down ALT and press ENTER and the properties box for the document would appear.
Currently using R8.5.3 that same keyboard sequence opens the document. To go to properties I have to use the menu, then change the property request from Database to Document.
This is with Windows 7 64 bit and R8.5.3. R8.5.3 on a Vista VM behaves the old way.
Anyone else seeing this?
